The Paternity Self Test Sampling Kit

The kit is composed of three sampling envelopes, labeled as PRESUMED FATHER - SON/DAUGHTER - MOTHER, one bigger envelope labeled with the lab's address, and the instruction sheet. Each sampling envelope contains two sterile oral swabs.

The paternity test can also be performed without the MOTHER's sample.

 

HOW TO USE THE KIT

A. After washing your hands, thoroughly open the single oral swab container from the opposite side of the brush and pull it out.

ATTENTION: do not through away the container.
B. Use the swab as if it were a tooth brush on the inside of your cheeks and on your gums.
C. Replace the brush inside its original container.
D. insert the container with the swab in the corresponding envelope (e.g.: the presumed father will use the envelope with PRESUMED FATHER). Repeat steps A-D with the second oral swab
E. Place the three sampling envelopes (containing the samples) inside the bigger envelope labeled with the lab's address and send it as soon as possible.
