Genoma Laboratory operates as a
"Service" throughout Italy as well as other European countries and those of the
Mediterranean basin. The integrated organization of the Center is designed to develop
impressive volumes of work, guaranteeing high standards of quality and total reliability.
The entire analytic process undergoes constant control by operators dedicated specifically
to this task. They can thus guarantee total safety regarding the identification of samples
and maximum reliability of results.
Centralization of send-out is a key concern with hospital
and clinic laboratories. Genoma Laboratory offers full Service to customers: availability
of the largest, most diverse menu of genetic tests permits us to be a competent partner
for our capable of advising and supporting with innovative solutions to their diagnostic
problems.
Genoma offers the following services to its clients:
- Free collection of biological
samples. The collection and transport of samples is done daily by trustworthy
personnel in accordance with the laws regulating the sending of perishable and potentially
infective biological samples.
- Free Dispatching of biological
samples. For centers located outside Rome, the free dispatch of samples is done
by express courier: this provides the client with continuous assistance with regard to the
diverse phases of conservation, dispatch and transport of biological materials.
- Free furnishing of materials
necessary for the collection and conservation of samples.
- On-line technical reports.
Aside from the traditional methods of technical reports (Fax, Priority Mail, home
dispatch, Genoma has organized a free service that enables interested laboratories to
visualize, telematically through the Center's Internet web site, the status of the
examinations carried out on the samples sent to the Laboratory and to obtain on-line
technical reports.
- Specialized assistance by
qualified personnel concerning the interpretation of the results and the
understanding of the methods used for the analyses. Genoma laboratory is highly customer
focused. Not only can a laboratory director be reached for diagnosis consultation, but
